Event Photography with Onsite Printing
The most compelling and frequently utilized service we offer is the ability to hand a digitally developed quality print to a guest within minutes of taking the picture. All of our events feature professional lighting and software to create studio quality images on location. We work with you to create the image you envision for your event.
We use photo-quality dye-sublimation printers that produce water resistant long lasting pictures available in wallet, 4x6", 5x7" and 8x10" print sizes. Your corporate or event logo and any relevant text can be digitally placed on the photograph, and portfolio folders can also be customized for an even more distinguished look.
Pricing is on a per print basis and depends on the size of the print requested. Our customization of the image border is always complimentary. A variety of pricing and sales options exist to incorporate this feature into your event.
Rather than a defined photo area with background and onsite printing, you can invite our always professional and discreet photographer to document your event with candid photos. As the photographer takes photos of groups of people during the event, we will distribute business cards with a link to the photos online.
Even better - you can put a link for “Event Photos” on your company’s website for employees & guests to follow to the Schenk Photography site. Guests will be able to download the image, order prints directly from the site, or email them to a friend. This is an efficient way to obtain dynamic photography of your event, taken by a professional photographer. Candid Event Coverage is quoted on an hourly basis.

Our photographers are always self-sufficient and prepared, so you can concentrate on the meetings without worrying about your photographer. We discuss the agenda with you days in advance to better understand what you want documented and for what purpose. Anything from keynote speakers, breakout sessions, banquets, awards presentations, or an after hours party… we know how to be discreet and still get the shot you need.

Your golf tournament can be just as big of an event as the annual convention! Rest assured that the team at Schenk Photography has tried and true golf tournament experience. Our digital capability allows your logo, a sponsor’s logo and all the details of the event right on the photo. Generally, we travel backward through the course and photograph each team on the green or fairway. We print right in the clubhouse so the framed photos are available for the teams to pick up as they make their way in for the banquet. Through the use of sponsorship support, this becomes a thoughtful way to say “thanks!” to golfers for their participation, contribution, and their time.
A CD of all photos taken during the event can be provided to the event organizer within a few days of the event. If needed for press or media purposes, the CD can be available within minutes of the completion of the event. In most cases, a copyright release accompanies this CD, allowing the images to be used for company newsletters, websites, annual reports, or advertising purposes.
