Camp HCA Picnic
Nashville based HCA, Hospital Corporation of America, held it’s annual company picnic on June 11 at the Joe C. Davis YMCA Outdoor Center. This year’s theme was “Camp HCA” incorporating fun games and campy décor. Choreographed by the experts at Feature Presentation, no detail was overlooked for the 2,500 attendees. And despite a day of pouring rain, HCA employees and families came through the gates by the busload.
Their first stop was the registration tent, and then over to the photo opportunity with Schenk Photography. With the assistance of Camp HCA committee members, Schenk Photography developed a cartoonish green screen that fit the camping mood. Families found brief relief from the rain as they posed for the picture under our tents. They went on to enjoy their day in spite of the rainy weather, and picked their pictures up on their way out.
Always determined to satisfy our clients needs, Schenk Photography took some extreme measures at this event to protect our sensitive equipment and the printed photos from the constant rain. With an event team of 6 workers, 2 backdrop setups and two complete systems in motion, we printed almost 500 pictures during the 6-hour event.
